We offer free International shipping worldwide. We ship with Russian post small packet International Airmail which is a premium Russian postal service which takes between 15 to 35 days for delivery depending on the destination.
Packages are dispatched as small packet International Airmail every day except for holidays and Sundays. You will be provided with a tracking number.
We guarantee to ship all orders within maximum of 24 hours after receiving cleared payment, excluding orders made on Saturday afternoon till Sunday.
All the items are shipped from our storage facilities in Irkutsk Russia.
We pack our products with extra care to prevent from any damages. If you need custom packaging, please contact us (additional handling fees may apply).
We offer international shipping via Express Mail Service (EMS). It takes approximately 7 to 10 working days to deliver the package up to 2000 grams and costs 30 to 60 $ depending on the weight. This service is not provided at the checkout. You can contact us if you require this service.

Approximate Delivery Time
Delivery time depend on location of the place to which delivery is ordered. Delivery time can increase due to reasons out of our influence (weather, traffic situation, and so on)

South America/Africa: 25-35 days.
Australia/New Zealand: 25-35 days.
Due to the covid-19, your shipment may take longer than usual to reach it's destination and so please expect delays in some cases.
Delayed & Missing Shipments
While shipments are tracked, occasionally some still get delayed, but rarely are lost. The vast majority of "lost" shipments are merely delayed and do turn up. If your tracking info says the shipment has been delivered and you have not received it, contact the carrier directly. If the tracking number inputted to your local post website returns message "originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece" it means that the package is still in transit. If you do not receive the package in 35 days after it had been dispatched, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you to track the shipment or fill an official claim at the post to track the delayed shipment.
Other shipping issues can be traced back to incorrect addresses. Please make sure that your shipping address is up-to-date before placing your order. The customer is responsible for extra shipping costs if a package has been returned to us because it has been marked as "Unclaimed" or "Insufficient address" and we need to resend the order due to an address input error or recipients absence.
